What to Expect From a Session
This is where we land, together in the present moment. Focusing on your breath and noticing, without judgement, everything around you.
5-Minute Mindfulness Meditation
After landing, the energy healing will begin with you comfortably on the table, eyes closed, relaxing.
40-Minute Reiki Healing
The closing part of our session is open to whatever you feel like you would like to talk about. I will have notes that we can talk over, or you can discuss how you felt during the session. This part is up to you.
